Loxonik is the one-man business of Nikolay Panayotov, electrician and certified Loxone Silver Partner in Oudenaarde.
Experience on site
I have been working in Belgium since 2018: two years as electrician team leader at Alboro Bouw BV and four years at Enetech BV. On 2 January 2025 I started Loxonik, for electrical installations and building automation with Loxone.
Before that I ran my own installation company in Bulgaria for 18 years, doing electrical installations and, from 2008, also plumbing, in houses and large apartment buildings. I started as an electrician in 1998. In total I have more than 25 years of experience on building sites. So I know how a site runs and where the different building services meet.
With Loxonik I focus on homes in East Flanders and surroundings. So far I have completed several smaller projects and one large villa project.
My strength is the combination: electrical work, control panel and programming in one hand, with special attention to heat pumps, underfloor heating and ventilation.

Works without internet
Loxone runs locally in your home. The app and updates use the internet, the basics do not.
